Prep for Prep Welcomes Four New Trustees

These new board members represent a range of industries and areas of expertise. 
Prep for Prep welcomes four new members to its Board of Trustees this fall. These individuals bring diverse expertise from their respective fields, enriching our community of professionals who actively support Prep for Prep’s mission through fundraising, volunteerism, and mentorship. Their involvement offers valuable guidance and leadership opportunities that directly benefit our students.

Meet Our New Board Members

Christina Claudio (P9 XIII/Hotchkiss ’04, Harvard ’08) MBA, Penn ’13
Managing Director, JPMorganChase

Christina serves as a Managing Director at JPMorganChase where she is the Head of Product for Connected Banking. She was previously Head of Product for Acquisition Offers & Capabilities, focused on the technology platforms that generate, target and deliver acquisition offers to Chase customers. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Christina held product and P&L leadership roles at Verizon across digital marketing, plans and promotions, billing, payments, and customer communications. She previously spent time at Comcast in business development, Kearney in management consulting, and the National Football League and Major League Baseball in sports & entertainment. 

Christina holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.


Baily Blair Kempner
Managing Director, Investor Relations
Kelso

Baily joined Kelso in 2024. In her role, she is focused on marketing, fundraising, and investor relations. Prior to joining Kelso, she spent three years at BC Partners where she was a Managing Director on their US LP coverage team, raising capital for their equity and credit funds. Before BC Partners, Baily spent 15 years working in various investor relations and investment roles.
 
Baily received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree with distinction from Yale University. She is also a Kauffman Fellow.


Alexis Mulvihill
Head of School, Trinity School

Alexis Mulvihill was appointed the 30th Head of School of Trinity School in July 2024. She is the first woman to hold this title. For the previous three decades, she was an English teacher at schools such as the American International School in Mallorca, Spain, the North Shore Country Day School in Illinois, and the College Preparatory School in California. Alexis joined Trinity’s English Department in 2011, becoming Chair of the Department two years later. She became Assistant Head of School in 2017 and led a number of important school initiatives including the Anti-Racism Task Force. 

Alexis holds a master’s degree in English from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Chicago.

Paula Campbell Roberts (X/Brearley '94, Yale '98) MBA, Harvard '03
Managing Director, Chief Investment Strategist for Global Wealth

Paula is the Chief Investment Strategist for KKR’s Global Wealth business and a Managing Director on the Global Macro, Balance Sheet and Risk (GBR) team. She is also a member of the firm’s Global Wealth Executive Committee, Global Macro, Risk and Balance Sheet Senior Leadership team. Prior to joining KKR in 2017, she was an economist at Morgan Stanley and a management consultant at Bain & Co. 

Paula is one of 15 members of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Economic Advisory Panel and a member of the Economic Club of New York. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University. She served as Prep for Prep’s Lilac Ball honoree in 2024 and is currently a Lincoln Center Leadership Fellow. She also serves on the boards of the New York City Ballet and the American Friends of Jamaica.
