At Prep, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. We have taken a number of important steps to establish safeguards for students:
We have updated our student-protective policies and made them available to the entire Prep community.
We have established mandatory reporting requirements for employees, contractors, and volunteers who interact with Prep’s minor participants during the program or in any Prep-sponsored activity.
We are educating members of the Prep community about boundaries, the signs of misconduct, and reporting guidelines.
We require background reviews for employees based on their roles, including criminal background checks for all adult employees.
We require employees to complete regular trainings to stay up-to-date on applicable policies and best practices.
