These four new members bring valuable leadership and guidance. 
Prep for Prep is excited to welcome four new members to our Board of Trustees and Associates Council. With diverse expertise across various fields, these individuals enhance our community of professionals who actively contribute to Prep for Prep’s mission through fundraising, volunteering, and mentorship. Their involvement brings valuable leadership and guidance that will have a direct, positive impact on our students.

Meet Our Newest Board Member

William Huang (XXIV/Collegiate ’08, Tufts ’12) MPP, Harvard ’22
Program Officer, Inclusive Wealth-Building, Inclusive Solutions, Prudential Financial

William is a Program Officer in the national Inclusive Wealth-Building Portfolio on Prudential Financial’s Inclusive Solutions team. In this role, he sources, evaluates, and structures strategic partnerships with nonprofits to expand access to inclusive wealth-building opportunities and strengthen worker resiliency.

Prior to joining Prudential, William served as a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation, where he managed various grant programs focused on innovation and financial inclusion initiatives. Before that, he was part of the Government Innovation team at Bloomberg Philanthropies, working to expand local governments’ data and leadership capacities to enable city leaders to creatively tackle their most urgent challenges.

William holds an MA in public policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a BA in international relations from Tufts University.

Meet Our Newest Associates Council Members

Eion D'Anjou (P9 X/Deerfield ’01, Cornell ’05) 
Director, Portfolio Management & Trader - Treasury & Liquidity Strategies, Fixed Income, BlackRock

Eion is a Director and Portfolio Manager in BlackRock’s Cash Management Group within BlackRock Global Markets. His primary responsibilities include managing U.S. liquidity portfolios. He is the lead portfolio manager and one of the chief architects of the BlackRock Liquid Federal Trust Fund (BLFT), a government money market fund that aims to achieve positive social outcomes.

As part of its mission, BlackRock has established a strategic partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the nation’s largest organization representing the Black college community. Additionally, the fund seeks to place a majority of the aggregate dollar volume of purchase orders with dealers owned by minorities, women, disabled persons, veterans, and members of other recognized diversity and inclusion groups, subject to best execution.

Prior to joining BlackRock in April 2017, Eion was a Senior Vice President at HSBC Securities. He received a BS in applied economics and management from Cornell University and holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.

Kate Moscowitz
Asset Management Recruiter, Goldman Sachs

Kate is an Asset Management Recruiter at Goldman Sachs and has spent the last 10 years working in this space. Day to day, she advises leadership across asset management on key hires and business strategy as it relates to recruiting. She is passionate about guiding professionals in their current and future careers across financial services.

Kate began her career in sales at Morgan Stanley, where she covered both fixed income and alternative investment products. She graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in English.

Alex Randi 
Vice President, Evercore

Alex is a Vice President in Evercore’s corporate advisory business, focusing on M&A within the alternative asset management sector. During his time at Evercore, Alex has advised firms including Blue Owl, Bridgepoint, Montagu, Nautic Partners, T. Rowe Price, and The Vistria Group.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2017, Alex worked as a consultant at Duff & Phelps, focusing on asset managers and other financial services firms. He previously served as a mentor with Minds Matter and as a junior board member of Change for Kids, two New York City-based educational nonprofits.

Alex holds a BA in political science from Gettysburg College, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
