Our generous trustees and associate council members support Prep in its mission to develop future leaders by improving access to higher quality education for young people of color. Trustees and associate council members guide the organization with insights from their respective industries, alongside dedicated fundraising and volunteer efforts. Members also provide leadership opportunities for our students.

Arthur Magnus
Managing Director, JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Arthur Magnus is the Head of Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) Reporting, Middle Office and Controls which includes the Chief Control Manager for RM&C and the RM&C Chief Data Officer. He is also responsible for the Risk Reporting & Middle Office and of the Office of Regulation and Document Governance. Magnus gradated with a BS in Engineering and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Kevin Schwartz
Partner, Watchell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz
Kevin Schwartz is a partner in the Litigation Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He serves
on the Executive Committee of the New York City Bar Association, where he was previously Chair of
the Judiciary Committee, and is also a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Mr. Schwartz received his B.A. from Harvard College and was awarded the Sophia Freund Prize as the top-ranked summa cum laude graduate. He earned his MBA and Ph.D. from Oxford University as a Marshall Scholar, received his JD from Yale Law School, and previously served as a Lecturer on the Political Science Department Faculty of Yale University. Mr. Schwartz served as a law clerk to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court of the United States and to Judge Guido Calabresi on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Myles Christian
Relationship Manager, Brown Brothers Harriman
Myles Christian is a Relationship Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in the Private Banking division. In his role, he advises nonprofit organizations, private business owners, high-net-worth individuals and families on complex matters related to financing and investing. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Myles was an Associate at Bank of America Private Bank. Myles serves as the president of the Westminster Schools NYC Alumni Chapter and a junior board member of Adventures in Learning. He received a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, where he played football and sang a cappella.
