Ginalysse Ingles (P9 XIV) Joins Prep for Prep as Director of Professional Development
Prep for Prep alum brings over 10 years of experience in professional advancement initiatives to our Leadership Development Opportunities department.
Prep for Prep is pleased to welcome Ginalysse Ingles (P9 XIV/Hotchkiss ’05, Amherst ’10) as our Director of Professional Advancement. She will oversee professional advancement initiatives like our Summer Internships Program and build strategic partnerships to facilitate career exposure for our students.
Ginalysse comes to us with over 10 years of experience, having served most recently as the Director of Development Operations and Donor Engagement at Harlem Children’s Zone. Notable accomplishments include creating best-practice development and program teams at the USTA Foundation, effectively increasing revenue and participation, and establishing a robust career exposure and professional advancement program at Harlem Children’s Zone.
Ginalysse received a bachelor's degree in English from Amherst College and recently earned a new certification in Social Impact Management and Leadership from the Institute of Nonprofit Practice. Outside of work, Ginalysse enjoys reading, puzzles, travel, attending concerts or musicals with friends, and spending time with her large extended family.
